Team and Organisational Development

Development infers a degree of change from the current norms; often requiring a shift in performance orientation and achievement of desired results. Any planned change process is designed to bring about a particular future state that differs from that which currently exists.

The prevailing culture (and functionally there maybe some differences within organisational norms) will orient the ability of individuals to respond and adapt in line with the changing business development strategy; that is, if they understand how the change is part of the vibrant and inspiring organisational future (and that of their own) as well as their role and contribution in making it happen.

Insights provided by assessing the beliefs, attitudes, values-led behaviour, skills and structure of the enterprise will enable the leadership team to assess the degree of enduring advantage and success any planned development intervention will have on its future performance and hence its financial position.

At the TLC Partnership we do not believe that “off the shelf” learning and development packages provide the solutions sought by our customers.
