Personal Information
Frits Dirks is the co-founder and Director of “The TLC Partnership”. This company operates primarily in Africa, Australia and the UK as well as fulfilling global assignments.
From his origins in the Dutch mines Frits embraced the opportunity to become a retail manager. This insight proved to be the catalyst for his work in inspiring people to do more to enrich their lives. In the period that followed he was involved in the start-up of three companies, used his expertise in a sales and marketing role as a field sales trainer and as a business and key account manager.
In the last twenty years Frits has gained international consulting experience in a broad range of industries in both the public and private sectors. Much of his early work in this field was undertaken in Europe and the UK and later also incorporated working for customers in Africa, Asia, Australia and the United States.
His current role uses his vast expertise in the design and delivery of bespoke learning interventions for our customers. He undertakes assignments as a freelance consultant with TMI the global Learning and Consulting company and with On-Brand-Partners based in New Zealand.
His interests include classical music, reading, the theatre and travel.
